We have lots of Sparkle improvements up our sleeves for this year. And you can help us to help you: tell us if there are ways Sparkle could get you even more publicity for your clients. For example, could Sparkle help you with Press Days? Would giving your press contacts some form of access (perhaps to request samples, or tell you how they were used) help? Let us know.

VAT for our UK customers may have risen to 20%, and inflation may be increasing, but we're not raising Sparkle's price. That's right, it's the same as it was in 2010 and 2009. We can't keep it the same forever though...so if you're thinking about upgrading your sample tracking with Sparkle, do it sooner rather than later!

Some of our customers have taken advantage of our 20%-off-per-referral scheme...which means that some of you haven't! It couldn't be easier: refer another customer to us and we'll give you both 20% off the price. If your budget is being squeezed, and whose isn't, this is a great way to cut your costs.
