How does the 30-day free trial work?When you sign up you start a 30-day free trial. You have full access to Sparkle and can use it as much as you want. If you cancel within the 30 days you won't be charged anything. Once your trial is over you can choose annual or monthly billing, whichever you prefer. |
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?No, Sparkle is a pay-as-you-go service. You can cancel at any time, and if you do cancel you won't be charged again. |
Are there any joining fees?No, there are no joining fees of any kind. On the contrary, all Sparkle accounts start with a 30-day free trial. |
Are there any cancellation fees?No, you are free to cancel at any time, and once you cancel you won't be charged again. Please see our refund policy for details. |
How do I pay?We invoice you; you can pay by standing order or BACS transfer. We do not accept purchase orders or cheques. |
